Assessment Privacy Notice

Enterprise Expertise Management™ respects the privacy of individuals and organizations that complete the Revenue Influence Index™ assessment. This notice explains what information is collected through the assessment and how that information is used.
Information We Collect
When you complete the Revenue Influence Index™, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, job title, company or organization, email address, telephone number, and your responses to the assessment questions.
The assessment also generates maturity scores and related assessment results based on your responses.
How We Use Your Information
Enterprise Expertise Management uses this information to:
- calculate and display your Revenue Influence Index™ assessment result;
- receive and review your completed assessment;
- provide assessment-related analysis, communications, and follow-up;
- respond to questions or requests you submit;
- support discussions regarding Enterprise Expertise Management services that may be relevant to your organization; and
- maintain, secure, and improve the assessment experience.
We do not sell assessment information or personal information collected through the assessment.
Assessment Results and Organizational Information
Your assessment responses may reflect information about your organization's practices, capabilities, and maturity. Enterprise Expertise Management treats this information as business information provided for assessment and follow-up purposes.
The online assessment provides a limited maturity result. Additional analysis, recommendations, consulting, implementation planning, or other advisory services are separate from the online assessment unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Service Providers and Hosting
Enterprise Expertise Management uses third-party technology and service providers to operate the website, host the assessment, secure the application, and transmit assessment submissions and related email.
These providers may process or retain information, system logs, or message records as necessary to provide their services and in accordance with their own security, privacy, and retention practices.
Information Sharing
Enterprise Expertise Management does not sell your assessment information.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the operation, hosting, security, communication, or administration of the assessment. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Data Retention
Assessment information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for assessment administration, business follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal or operational requirements.
Data Security
Enterprise Expertise Management uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through the assessment. However, no website, electronic transmission, email system, or data-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact Enterprise Expertise Management to ask questions about information you submitted through the assessment or to request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, recordkeeping, and technical requirements.
